Terms and Conditions for Promoters

Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using the Eliv platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Promoter") and Eliv.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

The Referral Process & Two-Step Validation

To ensure the integrity of the Platform and the security of our partner businesses, all commissions are subject to a mandatory Two-Step Verification Process:

Step 1: QR Code Scan

The partner business must scan the Promoter's unique QR code at the physical or digital point of sale.

Step 2: Proof of Transaction

The business must provide evidence of a completed transaction (e.g., uploading a photo of the receipt or entering a transaction ID).

Commissions will remain as "Money on the Way" until both steps are successfully verified. Eliv reserves the right to void any referral that does not meet these requirements.

Commissions and Payouts

  • Promoters earn a commission based on the percentage or fixed amount displayed in the Referral Hub at the time of the referral.
  • Eliv reserves the right to modify commission percentages, referral structures, and payout terms at any time. Changes will apply to all referrals initiated after the modification date.
  • Earnings can be withdrawn once the minimum threshold is met, via the payment methods supported by the Platform (e.g., Stripe, Bank Transfer). You are responsible for any local taxes related to your earnings.

Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

Eliv maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Prohibited actions include:

  • Self-referring to obtain personal discounts.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or "click farms."
  • Misrepresenting partner brands or making false claims.
  • Any attempt to bypass the Two-Step Verification process.

Any suspicious activity will result in immediate account termination and the permanent forfeiture of all accumulated earnings.

Right to Audit and Verify

Eliv reserves the right to audit any transaction or referral activity at any time. We may request additional documentation from both the Promoter and the Partner Business to verify the legitimacy of a referral. Payouts may be withheld for up to 60 days during an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Eliv acts solely as a facilitator between Promoters and Businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products or services offered by partner businesses. We do not guarantee a specific level of income.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your data to process commissions and payouts.

Modifications to the Service

Eliv reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
